Services Offered
-
In-Person Care
This is the bread and butter of what I can provide. We’ll start with an extremely comprehensive examination including interview, movement assessment, and goal-setting. I’ll provide you with a home exercise program, and we’ll follow up in-person as often as needed. You’ll have access to a full hour of any treatment that I am qualified to provide including osteopathic manipulation, dry needling, cupping, prescriptive exercises, kinesiology taping, and more!
-
Hybrid Treatment
Are you unsure of whether you really need physical therapy but you’d love a pre- or post-partum assessment or some supervision to maximize your training goals? We’ll start with a comprehensive, in-person evaluation followed by remote monitoring and a thorough home exercise program. You’ll get out what you put into this option!
-
Remote Care
If you live far away or are not comfortable coming into the office, this option is for you! We can do a comprehensive interview, make a plan, and take it from there.
How Can I Help?
-
Pelvic Floor PT
Comprehensive care for pain or dysfunction in the muscles that support bladder control, sex, and core stability. As a trained pelvic floor therapist, I provide prenatal and post-partum care, and can also help with more chronic issues, even after years of symptoms. This typically involves both internal and external assessment and treatment and can help you get back to the highest levels of activities you enjoy. Learn more!
-
Sports Performance PT
If you’re missing that competitive edge because of pain or feeling limited due to a movement limitation, this is for you. Whether you’re a runner, weightlifter, or competitive athlete playing sports, I’ve got you covered. I’m board certified as a sports physical therapist and here to get you out there at your best. Let’s dive into making you your most efficient, powerful self. Learn more!
-
Dry Needling
This is a technique used to treat pain and movement impairments. A very fine monofiliament needle is introduced into a trigger point, or taut band of tissue causing pain or movement restriction. This can reduce pain, increase blood flow, and improve tightness. I often do this in conjunction with electric stimulation to provide decreased soreness and a longer-lasting effect. This is safe and effective for most musculoskeletal conditions. Learn more!
-
Cupping
Myofascial Decompression, or cupping, is an ancient technique used to bring blood flow and heat to injured tissues and help improve mobility with stagnant, chronic conditions. Current evidence supports its use as part of a treatment plan to reduce pain and increase function! Learn more!
-
Manual Therapy
As a board certified orthopedic physical therapist, I’m highly skilled in providing you with manual therapy including osteopathic manipulation, triggerpoint release, joint mobilizations, kinesiology taping, and more. Learn more!
-
Movement Analysis
Let’s watch you run, squat, swing a bat, throw a ball, or just do functional movements you need around the house and figure out why it hurts. I’ll analyze your movement patterns and provide you education, exercises, and strategies to improve.
Don’t just take my word for it…

2 years after the birth of my son I finally decided to address my pelvic floor dysfunction. I was fortunate enough to find and work with Sam. I can genuinely say I feel like I hit the jackpot. Sam handles it with absolute professionalism and incredible knowledge you would want from a provider. She was able to make me feel completely at ease and worked to address and correct many symptoms after a few visits. If you are struggling with any associated pelvic floor issues, don't think twice about scheduling an appointment with Sam.
